4. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

- Starter Plan: 90-day free trial.
- Pro and Enterprise Plans: 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring charges.
4.2 Subscription Plans
After the free trial, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) as detailed on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly or as agreed upon for Enterprise plans.
4.3 Billing and Payments
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.

5.2 Payouts to Affiliates
- You are responsible for determining payout amounts and schedules for your affiliates (e.g., per view, per lead, or per sold lead).
- DezefyLeads facilitates payout calculations and tracking but does not handle direct payments unless you are an Enterprise user with PayPal integration.
- You agree to pay affiliates promptly and in accordance with your program rules.
5.3 Ambassador Program
Through the DezefyLeads Ambassador Program, you may earn up to USD 180 per successful referral. Payouts are subject to verification and compliance with program terms, which will be provided separately.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
DezefyLeads and its Services, including all software, designs, logos, text, and other content (excluding User Content as defined below), are the property of Dezefy LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.

By uploading User Content, you grant DezefyLeads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services.

DezefyLeads provides downloadable marketing templates and assets for affiliates. These materials are for use solely in connection with promoting your affiliate programs and may not be modified or redistributed without our prior written consent.
